✨ Where are your products made?

Our handmade products are designed and made in Australia. All of our pet tags and earrings are designed, cut, assembled, packaged and sent from our home in Queensland.

✨ Who makes the products?

Laura, the founder of Joelle Designs™️, is the designer and creator of all the joy! A solo mum to three wonderful human children and two floofy children! After a career in healthcare as a doctor, she wanted to embrace her longing for a creative career whilst also being able to be at home to raise her family 💕

✨ Why the name 'Joelle'?

The word 'Joelle' contains elements of all five of the creators children names. It is a name filled with love, just like Joelle Designs™️.

✨ What are the tags (Collar Candy™️) and earrings made from?

Every item is firstly developed from a digital drawing, a unique drawing, created by us. The drawing is designed to be separated into elements to be laser cut. High quality is used, which is cut, then assembled to form the tags and earrings. They are then coated with epoxy resin.

This process for Collar Candy™️ is an IP protected design, unique to us.

✨ Is Collar Candy durable enough for my pet?

Yes. Appearances can be deceptive, despite being insanely beautiful they are highly resilient to your pups every day activities. Acrylic and resin are essential hard plastics, and combined they provide a strong, waterproof, corrosion/rust resistant product. We do however, like many pet products, not recommend them for pets that like to chew tags if they are left unsupervised.

✨ What if my dog is a chewer?

If you're keen for collar candy™️ but your cheeky dog is known to enjoy a chew of things they shouldn't we recommend supervising your dog whilst wearing the tag, and having a shorter length tag/less hardware between the collar and tag, to make them harder to reach!
